JAMMU: Doon International School, Jammu extended a warm welcome to the golden girl from Bandipora Tajamul Islam, the gold medalist in world Sub-Junior Kickboxing Championship. She was received and felicitated by S.P Varma President Gandhi Global Family Jammu, G.N Tantray Chairman, Vikesh Kaur Principal and the staff of Doon International School in the school campus, here on Friday. Students welcomed her with a melodious song and congratulated her for a commendable achievement. Junior students of the school presented red roses to her celebrating the historical win that brought the J and K State on the world map. Tantray and Vikesh Kaur appreciated her incredible effort and hardwork to bring laurels not only to the nation but also to the State of J and K.
Tajamul Islam paid her gratitude to the management of the school for their unconditional support and best wishes in achieving her goals.
