JAMMU: Dr. Ravi Mahajan, who is Chief Plastic Surgeon at Amandeep Hospital, Amritsar, is visiting to check the patients at Amandeep Hospital OPD, Jammu on 19th November (evening) and 20th November, 2016. For the ease and facility of the people of this region, Dr. Ravi Mahajan visits at Amandeep Hospital OPD, Greater Kailash, Jammu, once in three months on 3rd Saturday evening and Sunday. On Saturday morning, the 19th of November Dr. Ravi Mahajan will also check the patients at Amandeep Hospital, Pathankot. Dr Ravi visits on every 3rd Saturday at Amandeep Hospital, Dalhousie Road, Pathankot.
Dr. Mahajan is having more than 25 years of experience in plastic and cosmetic surgery. He is a renowned Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon of the region and has acquired name and fame at national as well as international level. As per him now a days, apart from plastic surgery, people of India are being attracted towards cosmetic surgery for beautification of face & body. It includes treatment of baldness, improvement in Nose, ear shape fat reducing by liposuction, treatment of fatty tummy, breast uplifting/reducing/improvement, treatment of male increased breasts, lips beautification, creating dimples, eye-brows beautification, arms not working after accident etc. Dr. Mahajan added that apart from these services, Amandeep Hospital is conducting surgery for cleft lip and pallet. This treatment is carried out free and patient is not charged anything for surgery, medicine, food, bed, doctor fees etc. These surgeries are sponsored by Smile Train- an NGO of USA. Till date Amandeep Hospital has performed approx 5,800 free surgeries under Smile Train Project.
