37 cadets of Sainik School Nagrota clear UPSC-NDA written

NAGROTA: A total of 37 Cadets of the current batch of class XII from Sainik School Nagrota passed the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II) 2016 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission on 18th September, 2016.
A total of 49 cadets from the school were among lakh of candidates who had appeared in the examination from all over the country. After clearing the written examination, these 37 cadets have qualified to appear in the interview conducted by the Service Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence for entry into the officer cadre of the Armed Forces through NDA-138th course and Naval Academy 100th course.
At a special gathering of the entire school in the Cadets’ Mess, Col K.D Koushal, Principal, Sainik School Nagrota congratulated the cadets and the entire team of staff for achieving excellent result in the UPSC-NDA written examination and stated the meticulous planning followed by dedicated and sincere efforts by one and all has brought desired results.
The Principal also mentioned that Sainik School Nagrota provides an ideal grooming ground to cadets and develops them as balanced personalities through a variety of academic and co-curricular activities.
The qualified cadets: Kartik Karalia, Mayank Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Aditya Sharma, Sonam Jigmet, Vishal Singh, Mukul Anand, Jamyang Tsewang, Stanzin Paljor, Abdul Manan,Tsering Motup, Ham Singh, Anshuman Mishra, Zowarwar Singh, Suraj Kumar, Divyanshu Dembi, Adarsh, Shiva Sharma, Bhonu Shankar, Gourav Jamwal, Stanzin Tsedup, Rajat Kalsotra, Akhil Radotra, Naman Sharma, Vikas Mottan, Arish Sharma, Ankush Kotwal, Abhishek Dayal, Tsering Stobgyal, Siddhant Sharma, Pragon Vashal, Sushant Ashutosh, Manjeet Singh, Shivom Singh, Ashish Choudhary, Ayush Bakshi and Zul-Qur-Nain.
