JAMMU: District Rajouri shall take on Jammu in under-14 final in the inter-district boys divisional level kabaddi tournament, organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), at Youth Hostel Nagrota, near here on Thursday. Earlier, in the semifinals, played on Wednesday, Rajouri defeated Udhampur by a margin of 26 ( 55-29) points while Jammu outplayed district Samba by 30 (71-41) points. Earlier, in the preliminary round, Rajouri beat Reasi 38-32 and Jammu downed Kathua 50-33.

UNDER-17: Jammu beat Poonch 48-28; Samba defeated Reasi 37-19; Rajouri blanked Udhampur 38-19; Rajouri trounced Kathua

UNDER-19: Rajouri beat Udhampur 38-32; Kathua defeated Samba 50-30; Reasi blanked Poonch in tie-breaker; Jammu trounced Kishtwar 54-21; Kathua outplayed Rajouri by 39 points.
Matches were officiated by the technical panel including Ashok Kumar, Shamsher Singh, Chander Prakash, Mohd. Sharief, Nasib Chand, Mohd Farooq, Mohd. Arshad, Vijay Gupta, Ajay Tandon, Virender Singh, Omkar Singh and Jaswant Singh.
