While a dialogue is necessary to bring peace in the Valley, it is also true that a section of the population is creating trouble for all. In one instance, a teenager from Shopian was blinded due to pellet firing by CRPF personnel. It is claimed that she was in her house while the security forces were trying to control a mob on the road. It is not convincing that she was injured when she was still within the four walls of her house. Facts seem to have been brushed under the rumours.
