RAMBAN: Wrestlers of seven districts of Jammu region are to compete in the Inter District Wrestling Championship being organised by army at Government Higher Secondary School Ground, here on Saturday. The event was inaugurated with a spectacular opening ceremony wherein teams from Ramban, Poonch, Nowshera, Kishtwar, Doda, Reasi and Rajouri District were present, Defence Spokesperson Lt Col Manish Mehta said adding that the matches are conducted as per Wrestling Federation of India rules. The finals of the championship will be played on 20th October 2016, in the presence of Special Guest, 2012 Summer Olympic Medalist winner Yogeshwar Dutt, Lt Col Mehta informed.
