Mendhar: Three persons got injured over a dispute on 23 Kanal land in Ari area of Mendhar Tehsil.
As per the details, Sham Lal, Kulbushan Sharma and Ramesh Chander all sons of Dwarka Nath resident of Ari, Mendhar attacked Jagdish Lal son of Jagat Ram, Krsihan Lal son of Jagat Ram , Kamla Devi wife of Jagdish Lal resident of Ari, Mendhar Teshil when they were working in the fields resulting in injuries to all the three. The dispute erupted over 23 Kanal 12 Marla land in Ari under Khasra 194,448 in which Munisiff Court Mendhar has given decision in favour of Jagdish Lal and party on 11th April 2014 while ACR Mendhar also has given decision in favour of them on 19th Feb 2015. A written complaint was registered Police Post Ari by the injured against the attackers.
