JAMMU: Selected by the Jammu and Kashmir Shooting Association, a 24-member State Shooting team on Sunday left for participation in the 36th North Zone Shooting Championship scheduled to be held at Dr Karni Singh Shooting Ranges, New Delhi from tomorrow.
Earlier, the team underwent screening, conducted by the J&K State Sports Council, at Gulshan Ground, here on Sunday.
Tarun Dev Singh is accompanying the team as Assistant coach and Rajesh Virdhy as coach of the State team.
The selected players also attended a 10-day coaching camp held at Gulshan Ground and Delhi Public School, here under the guidance of Tarun Dev Singh Jamwal and Rajesh Virdhy.
