JAMMU: Nirmal Singh, Lecturer Physical Education, Government High School, Parnalla, District Kathua, has been nominated as National Coach by Athletics Federation of India (AFI). He will impart training and coaching in the discipline of Sprints to the Indian junior team. State of Jammu and Kashmir is proud of Nirmal Singh, who himself was an outstanding athlete.
