ABVP expresses concern over commercialisation of educational institutions
STATE TIMES NEWS
JAMMU: ABVP State Secretary Varsha Jandial expressed concern over the commercialisation in running the educational institutions. She questioned the integrity of the authority by saying that till now authorities had not organised any committee, as demanded by the ABVP activists some days ago, which would enquire on the allotment of Narsingh College issue which seems to be allotted under the pressure of some particular section violating the rules and regulation of the university.
While addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Varsha further asserted that ABVP submitted memorandum to the Governor also but it is a matter of great concern that under political influence the government had not taken any step leading towards the enquiry. Instead of this, some politicians threatened the ABVP activists not to raise the issue. ABVP would not let anybody introduce commercialisation and corruption in the educational system and will take an agitational path all over the State on this particular issue very shortly.
