JAMMU: Police on Wednesday presented Challan of a much publicised murder case at Pargwal wherein the housewife was murdered and her body was set ablaze which subsequently resulted into death of eight months old foetus in her womb.
In this regard, the Challan of the case has been produced against her husband Kala Ram, son of Ajeet Lal Bhagat and her mother-in -law Sudesh Kumari, wife of Ajeet Lal Bhagat, both residents of Nai Basti, Bela Jamana Tehsil Pargwal under Sections 302,498-A, 316, 436, 120-B and 201 RPC in the court of JMIC Akhnoor.
Next date of hearing is fixed for 5th September 2016 in Court of Principal Sessions Judge Jammu. Both the accused persons have been lodged in Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu. The case was investigated by Inspector Ravinder Singh Rakwal SHO Police Station Khour.
