VIJAYPUR: An impressive route march was organised by Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur under the supervision of Ranjit Kanwar, SSP (Principal PTTI Vijaypur).
The motive of March was to keep the troops in good health and maintain high degree of alertness to meet the challenges of any unforeseen situation, Ram Singh Jamwal, Dy.SP (Admn.), Madan Lal, Dy.SP (Outdoor), Ashok Kumar, Dy.SP (R&D), Puran Chand, Dy.SP (Estates), Riaz Ahmed, Sr.PO all NGOs, Jawans and trainees of the Institute participated in the “Route March” with great zeal and enthusiasm.
The route march was flagged off by the Principal PTTI Vijaypur, started from PTTI Vijaypur and after passing through the different villages viz. villages Badwal, Gurah Slathia, Barikimala and Nagrota (Utterbehni), finally culminated at Utterbehni after covering a distance of 12 Kms.
A cultural programme was also organised by the staff and trainees. Different folk songs were sung in the programme. A cleanliness drive was also undertaken in and around the temple premises by the staff as well as trainees. The march was conducted in a well organised manner and Officers/ Jawans and trainees who participated in march maintained high grade of discipline/proper drill during the period.
The Principal PTTI Vijaypur also addressed all officers and trainees and stressed for maintaining their physical and mental fitness. He directed that the police personnel and trainees have to perform their duty with utmost zeal and commitment.
The route march was held in a very cordial atmosphere and all the participants returned back to PTTI Vijaypur.
