JAMMU: Rashpaul Verma, son of late Prabhu Dayal, resident of Chhan Matloni, Ghagwal, Samba District has been appointed as Vice Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir State Advisory Board for Welfare and Development of Other Backward Classes (OBCs). The order in this regard was issued by General Administration Department on Tuesday.
