SAMBA: Ramgarh zone won the inter-school zonal level under-19 boys badminton title of district Samba, organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, here today.
The second place went to Samba zone while Ghagwal zone remained third. Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pawan Sharma was Chief Guest, who gave away medals. Prizes were also given to teams excelling in under-14 and under-17 Roll Ball and Badminton competition. Among others present were Rakesh Verma, B.D Sharma, Vijay Slathia, Pardeep and Raghubir. The competition was officiated by Dildar Singh, Dhanraj Singh, Raju Sharma, Zorawar Sambyal, Khem Raj , Ravi Singh, Jyoti Slathia, Sudesh Kumari, Suman Lata, Bhawan Koul and Mukesh.
