SRINAGAR: The Cabinet which met here last evening approved the following transfers and postings in the civil administration:
B.B Vyas, Financial Commissioner, Planning Development and Monitoring Department shall hold the additional charge of Relief and Rehabilitation Department till further orders.
Bipul Pathak, Chairman, Special Tribunal, J&K has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Transport Department.
Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department.
Vinod Koul, Commissioner/Secretary, Animal Sheep Husbandry and Science and Technology Department, has been transferred and posted as Chairman, J and K Special Tribunal.
Sarita Chouhan, Commissioner/Secretary, Social Welfare Department shall hold the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Science and Technology Department, till further orders.
Mohammad Afzal Bhat, Commissioner/Secretary, Revenue, Relief & Rehabilitation Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/ Secretary, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department, relieving Farooq Ahmad Shah, IAS of the additional charge.
Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department.
R.K Bhagat, Secretary, Transport Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department. Baseer Ahmed Khan, Secretary, Cooperatives Department, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.
Hemant Kumar Sharma, Secretary, Higher Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Cooperatives Department.
Vipra Bhal, Labour Commissioner, J and K, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J and K Housing Board, relieving Commissioner/Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department of the additional charge.
Sarmad Hafeez, awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted as Labour Commissioner, J and K.
Mohammad Saleem Shishger, KAS, Secretary (Revenue Resources) in the Finance Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Information Technology and Technical Education Department. Hilal Ahmad Parray, shall continue as Administrative Secretary of the Department of Youth Services and Sports.
Abdul Majid Bhat, Secretary, Legislative Council shall hold the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs till further orders.
Arun Kumar Sharma, KAS, Special Secretary, Planning Development and Monitoring Department, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Watershed Management Programme, relieving Director, Panchayati Raj of the additional charge.
Sheikh Fayaz Ahmed, KAS, Special Secretary, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Youth Services and Sports. He will take over the charge on the superannuation of Jehangir Mir, who is retiring on 31st July 2016.
Talat Parvez Rohella, KAS, Director, Floriculture, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, ICDS, J and K, relieving Hashmat Ali Yatoo, KAS, Director, Social Welfare, Kashmir of the additional charge.
Zubair Ahmad, KAS, Director, Information, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Home Department.
Mohammad Akbar Ganai, KAS, Special Secretary, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Revenue, Relief & Rehabilitation Department. Mushtaq Ahmed Shah, KAS, Director, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Director, Handicrafts, J and K.
Bashir Ahmad Dar, KAS, Special Secretary in Chief Minister’s Secretariat shall hold the additional charge of the post of Director, Information, J and K, till further orders.
Pradeep Kumar, KAS, Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, J and K, has been transferred and posted and Director, Rural Development, Jammu vice Manohar Lal Raina, KAS, who shall await further orders in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu. Tasaduq Jeelani, KAS, Director, Rural Development, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Director, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Kashmir.
Gazzanfer Ali, KAS, Director, Handicrafts, J and K, has been transferred and posted as Director, Rural Development, Kashmir.
Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, KAS, Special Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Hospitality and Protocol, J and K against an available vacancy.
Sheikh Arshad Ayub, KAS, Special Secretary, Home Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Chief Secretary.
Mohammad Hussain Mir, KAS, Special Secretary, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Floriculture, Kashmir.
