JAMMU: Shri Ram Sena took serious note of anti-social elements who create disturbances in Kashmir Valley every year during Shri Amarnath ji Yatra and demanded the government to arrest all the separatists before the commencement of Yatra and lodge them in Tihar Jail for three months for smooth conduct of Yatra because these separatists are the root cause of disturbance in the Yatra.
Addressing a press conference here today, Shri Ram Sena State President, Rajiv Mahajan said that everyone in Kashmir cannot be tagged with anti-social or anti-national identity.
He said humanity still prevails there in some persons as is evident from the rescue operation yesterday of the victims of a bus accident carrying Amarnath Ji Yatris was done by the Muslims of that area defying curfew.
Mahajan salutes to those good Muslims who still have humanity in them and rescued humans.
Mahajan blamed Hurriyat leaders for fomenting trouble every year during Yatra period. He said separatists are getting Hawala money for causing turmoil in Valley and are on pay role of Pakistan. They also pay stone pelters for pelting stones on security forces. Hundreds of thousands stones are pelted every day on security forces, Mahajan feels astonishment where from this large number of stones comes?
Mahajan further said if the government is actually sincere and wants to see the Amarnath Ji Yatra to go peaceful, it should arrest all separatist leaders before start of Shri Amarnath Yatra and send them to Tihar Jail atleast for three months and release after culmination of Yatra. Mahajan further expressed sorrow over reported incidents of damaging scores of vehicles belonging to Jammu or outside people. He demanded adequate compensation to the owners of the vehicles, whose vehicles got damaged.
