JAMMU: To encourage the young swimmers to raise their standard of performance at competitive level, KC Sports Club organised a swimming competition specially for ladies in
the club, here on Tuesday. Many young swimmers
also took part with great enthusiasm.
The State-of-the-Art Indoor Swimming Pool on the ground floor of KC Sports Club was thrown open to public in
April last year.
Since then, a large number of children and adults have learned swimming under the guidance of trained and experienced coaches and acquired a fairly good level of skills in it.
In Free Style of 20 meters under 17 to 30 age category Nehal Jain grabbed the first position whereas Kavita Gupta got second and Diva Singh and Sheba Wali both tied for third.
