JAMMU: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) appealed to whole KP community to observe 13th July as Black Day by wearing black badges, head gears and switching off lights of their residences and business establishments for an hour from 7:00 to 8:00 PM.
All KPs in particular KP youths, were requested to educate masses about the present situation in Valley as well as about dreadful events faced by KPs in 1931, 1947, 1986 and 1989-90, which finally culminated in their mass-exodus from the Valley and also educate them about ground realities in Kashmir as well as human right violation of Kashmiri Pandits.
