RAMNAGAR: A general meeting of All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation (AJKLTF) under the banner of Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh was held at Ramnagar under the chairmanship of Krishan Lal Gupta Distt. Prsident Udhampur . The main agenda of the meet was to discuss the burning issues of the teaching fraternity and to frame the zonal body of Ramnagar Zone.
In the meeting, all the teachers from across Ramnagar Zone raised the issue of payment of salary of the teachers/masters working under SSA/RMSA schemes . They unitedly appealed the J and K Govt. to release their salary upto June before Eid-Ul-Fitr .
In the meeting, the AJKLTF constituted the Zonal Body of Ramnagar Zone which includes Vikas Sharma as President, Mahesh Chander -Vice President, Om Parkash -Vice President, Sunil Kumar -Gen Secretary, Pawan Kumar -Secretary, Vipin Upadhaya -Organiser, Sunil Mansotra – Treasurer whereas Subash Kumar, Rajesh Kumar Abrol, Adhi Raj Singh, Vinod Kumar, Gopal Dass, Mani Ram and Amandeep Singh as Executive Members . Others who were present during the meeting included Radha Krishan Distt. Gen Secretary, Ravi Kumar Distt. Vice President, Bharat Bhushan Vice President and Rajesh Sharma.
