JAMMU: Minister of PHE, Sham Choudhary met number of individuals for on the spot redressal of their grievances related to PHE and Irrigation and Flood Control.
During a sitting at party office here on Saturday, the minister was approached by a number of deputations and apprised him about the problems being faced by them.
Chief Engineer, Executive Engineer and other senior officials of PHE were also present.
For the problem related to supply of water as narrated by a deputation of Kashmiri migrants, the minister directed the Executive Engineer to personally look into the matter on priority.
Sham, while speaking to the people who took up their grievances with him, said that the elected representatives of BJP, some of whom are ministers in the Coalition Government, are very much concerned towards the problems being faced by the people and working round the clock to ensure that the people get a corruption free good governance.
Sham said that the BJP has directed its ministers to be available at Jammu for personally meeting the people and see to it that no one is made to suffer.
BJP State Secretary Sanjay Baru, District Presidents Baldev Singh Billawaria and Ayodhya Gupta assisted the minister during his pubic Darbar.
