SAMBA: One unidentified pedestrian died on the spot when an unknown vehicle hit him on Jammu-Pathankot National Highway near Patli Morh (Bari-Brahmana) in district Samba late last night. Bari-Brahmana Police reached the spot and shifted the body of unidentified male (35/45) to GMC mortuary room for identification.
Meanwhile, an unknown vehicle hit an elderly person identified as Prem Nath son of Badri Nath resident of Omarah Morh locality in Udhampur resulting in injuries to him. Victim was shifted to District Hospital Udhampur from where he was further referred to GMC Jammu. Ramnagar Police has registered a case for investigation.
