JAMMU: Government College for Women (GCW), Gandhi Nagar, secured 11 positions in B.A/B.Sc./B.Com Part III Examination for the session 2015-2016.
In Science Stream Damini Sharma, Meeankshi Dhar and Harshdeep Kour got 6th, 7th and 8th positions respectively while in Arts Stream Geetanjali, Vani Choudhary, Janu Verma and Himmat Sharma got 3rd, 8th, 9th and 10th position respectively.
In Commerce, Jatinder Kour, Ankita Gupta, Anukriti Sharma and Palak Bindra got 3rd, 6th, 7th and 8th positions respectively.
Students expressed gratitude to their teachers who guided them as mentors for achieving this stature of excellence.
Dr. Kiran Bakshi, Principal of the College felicitated the position holders with mementoes and congratulated them for their hard work and dedication and wished them best of luck for all their future endeavours.
