JAMMU: Veer Singh, son of Baldev Singh Manhas and Tirtho Devi, resident of village Dehrian, Khour, TehSIL Akhnoor, District Jammu has been qualified for the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Chemistry by the Banasthali University Banasthali (Rajasthan). He worked on the topic ‘Synthesis and study of crystal structure, electric transport and magnetic properties of some mixed Ruddlesden-Popper type phases’ under the supervision of Prof. Jaya Dwivedi.
