Clerical cadre continues with mass casual leave protest on day 2

JAMMU: On 2nd consecutive day of two days mass casual leave protest programme, the clerical cadre across the State on Tuesday opted to go on mass casual leaves on the call given by Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association in protest against non-implementation of removal of pay anomalies of clerical cadre of 5th Pay Commission.
In Jammu Province various teams led by Ravi Singh Bhau President, Sukhbir Singh General Secretary, Ravi Kumar Senior Vice President, Nazir Ahmad Bhat, Umar Jan, Vipan Kumar, Bharat Bhushan Kotwal, Javed Hashmi, Brijesh Mehta, Ashish Bhandari, Sarita Wadhera, Qamar Ali Rizvi, Anandi Kumar, Mohammad Sharief Zargar, Bashir Malik, Madan Lal Sharma, Hamid Husain, Onkar Chand, Madam Rainu Raina, Yash Pal Sharma, Parkash Singh, J.R Sagar, Kirpal Singh, Romesh Singh Bhau, Rajinder Singh, Ranbir Singh, Avtar Krishan, Anil Kesar, Vikas Gupta, Ranbir Singh Bhau, Sham Lal, Darshan Lal and Anchal Singh, visited various offices located in Jammu District and found that all the Clerical cadre is on protest mass casual leave.
Addressing the clerical cadre at Panama Chowk, Ravi Singh Bhau and Nazir Bhat said that State government has not implemented the agreements dated 10th March 2008 and 15th September 2011 held between Central Committee of Jammu Kashmir Ladakh All Department Clerical Staff Association and Divisional Commissioner, Jammu. In District Headquarters Manohar Singh and Gulam Sabhar, Kathua, Balbir Singh Udhampur, Ragunath and Rajesh Ajnabi Reasi, Ajay Kumar and Veena Chowdhary Samba. Rajinder Singh and Ravinder Singh Poonch, Rattan Lal and Kuldeep Kotwal Rajouri, Mohammad Akhter Malik, Mohammad Aslam and Arshad Ahmed Ramban, Mansoor Ahmed Kishtwar, Inyatullah Doda also addressed demonstrations. Addressing the demonstrations at Kashmir Mohammad Sultan, Malik Mohd Farooq, Jeelani Niak and Farhat Trali condemned the anti employees policies of the State Government.
