SRINAGAR: Minister for Industries and Commerce, Chander Parkash on Thursday said that the new scheme ‘Term Loan Scheme for Micro Enterprises’ for the benefit of the youth belonging to non-Minority population, who are not being covered under existing schemes of Union Ministry of Minority Affairs, will be launched and made functional soon. Replying to a question of Surinder Mohan Ambardar in the Legislative Council, the minister said that the new scheme was announced in the Budget speech 2015-16 and the Draft guidelines of the scheme have been framed by Labour and Employment Department, while as Planning, Development and Monitoring Department has already conveyed its agreement for the same. Ramesh Arora and Vibodh Gupta raised supplementaries to the main question.
