JAMMU: The Citizens’ Cooperative Bank Limited (CCBL), Jammu today conducted training programme for the Loan Officers of the bank. The officers who have participated in training programme were Anita Basur, Ramnita Sharma, Rajni Gupta, Shamma Abrol, Neelam Samyal, Rajesh Tandon, Pawan Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Ashwani Bakshi, Sukhjeet Singh, Romesh Shukla, Sanjay Raina, Om Pal, Pankaj Sharma, Bahadur Singh, Ved Parkash, Sunil Sachdev, Bikram Singh, Jyotsna Raina, Rajinder Kumar, Ajay Kumar, Arun Gupta, Romesh Sodhi, Sanjeev Khajuria and Tarsem Gupta. The Managing Director of the Bank, Ashok Goswamy alongwith Kuldeep K. Gupta, General Manager inaugurated the programme by apprising the participants of basic role of Loan Officers in the bank.
Ashwani Kapoor, Chief Manager Banking Operations and Rajeev Dogra, Chief Manager Administration were also present. They highlighted the peculiar characteristic of this bank which caters the basic banking needs of people besides utilization of funds so collected from depositors of Jammu among people of Jammu by way of sanctioning loans unlike other commercial banks who transfer their funds for investment to other parts of the country.
The training was imparted by Aparajita Jamwal, Advocate J&K High Court, Jammu on legal decisions affecting bankers with regard to collaterals obtained as security against the Loan.
