SRINAGAR: Showing high degree of insensitivity towards the national flag, Tricolour was placed upside down in front of Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation and senior PDP leader Syed Basharat Ahmed Bukhari on Tuesday.
According to reports, the Tricolour was disrespected in front of the Minister and senior bureaucrats during a meeting in the summer capital.
Ironically, the photograph of the same was issued by Department of Information and Public Relations, which clearly showed the disrespect to the Tricolour.
