JAMMU: The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) conducted seventh membership verification on 10th May, 2016 through a secret ballot for electing representative union (S) of non-executive employees.
The BSNL Employees Union (BSNLEU) has emerged the largest union by securing highest number of votes across India. In J&K Circle also, BSNLEU has emerged as largest representative union.
The Jammu District BSNLEU has defeated NFTE and emerged as largest representative union. In circle office district, Bahuplaza Jammu, BSNLEU also emerged as largest union.
This is the first win by BSNLEU in SSA Jammu under the leadership of Comrade Manjeet Singh Reen District Secretary SSA Jammu and his team.
Reen extended good wishes and congratulated BSNL non executives/junior engineers for conduct of smooth election and hard work they have put in.
He hoped that more and more employees will join BSNLEU in near future to strengthen this union for the betterment of BSNL.
“We will make this company as nation’s best company”, he added.
