JWAM protests against dismal condition of roads

JAMMU: Hundreds of traders and residents of the West Constituency took out a protest rally against the worst condition of roads.
Led by President Jammu West Assembly Movement, Sunil Dimple, the activists assembled at New Plot Road and raised slogans against the government for not showing its serious concern over the problems being faced by the people of West Constituency.
Dimple alleged that the roads of Sarwal, New Plot, Rehari, Rajpura Mangotrian and Bakshi Nagar are badly damaged which causes traffic problem and pollution in the West Constituency.
The residents sought resignation from the sitting MLA Sat Pal Sharma for not paying heed to their problems.
He warned the BJP-PDP Government that if the black topping of the roads shall not be initiated soon, JWAM will start Jan Andolan.
