DODA: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Doda asked his officers and jawans to maintain utmost discipline while performing professional duties and to practice people friendly policy while dealing with the common people.
SSP Doda Zahid Naseem Manhas while addressing a Darbar of officers and jawans of Distt Doda at District Police Lines Doda, stressed upon the them to never loose their cool while dealing with the people and make Police more people friendly in order to serve them in a better way.
“Our motto should always remain to give best service and crime free atmosphere to people,” SSP Doda Zahid Naseem Manhas said.
“By the dint of dedication and hardwork, J and K Police has made the nation proud and we have to keep it up in the future also,” SSP added. Participating officers, jawans and SPO’s also put forth their issues and demands in the Darbar. On the occasion the role of police personnel was appreciated for maintaining peace, communal harmony, law and order in the District.
The officers /officials were briefed to maintain discipline and work with zeal and dedication to ensure friendly relations with the people. This was followed by a meeting held with the VDC SPO’s of the District.
The VDC SPOs were briefed about their duties and responsibilities, they were instructed to exercise extra vigil in their respective areas in view of forthcoming Yatras, fair and festivals besides other events in the district.
They were asked that in case of any suspicious movement in their area, they should immediately inform the concerned police station or nearest post to avoid any untoward incident.
