UDHAMPUR: In continuation of the recovery drive against the defaulters, the Recovery Wing of Commercial Taxes Department, Jammu conducted proceedings in district Udhampur and attached the business premises of M/S Modern Insecticides, an industrial unit and M/S New India Traders and also recovered arrears amounting Rs 4,15,951 on the spot.
Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Recovery), Jammu Kanta Devi actively supervised the recovery drive along with the team comprising of CTOs Sunil Gupta and Ramneek Singh, Inspector Darshan Singh Langeh, Sub- Inspectors Surinder Singh Bagal, Joginder Kumar, Imran Saleem, Prashant Jamwal and Avinash Dogra, Guard Kuldeep Kumar and driver Shotu Ram.
Deputy Commissioner Commercial Taxes (Recovery) Jammu also directed the defaulters to pay their pending arrears immediately otherwise strict action as per law shall be taken against them.
