LEH: ICICI Bank Ltd inaugurated its new branch at the main market in Leh. This is the second branch of the bank in the city and its 36th in the State. The branch also houses a 24×7 ATM at its premises.
Dr. Sonam Dawa Lonpo, Chairman/Chief Executive Councilor, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh, inaugurated the branch. The branch will remain open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday as well as on the first, third and fifth Saturday of the month. It will offer a comprehensive range of loans and deposits including saving, current and term deposits; auto, home and gold loans; foreign exchange services along with locker facilities.
ICICI Bank has 4,450 branches and 13,766 ATMs in the country (as on 31st March, 2016). It has 37 branches and 75 ATMs in Jammu and Kashmir.
