Dear Editor,
In the wake of the attack on the Pathankot Air Force Base, it was a distinct possibility that talks between India and Pakistan would get derailed and the peace process currently underway, would be a casualty. But both India and Pakistan have shown a remarkable sense of maturity by keeping the lines of communication open. This will not only give Pakistan more time to act on the leads provided by India, but will also help strengthen ties with us.
