BBIA gets ‘Responsible Indian BMO’ award

JAMMU: In order to increase the role of BMO’s (Business Membership Organization also known as Industrial Associations) for the betterment of industrial sector, the Foundation for MSME Cluster, New Delhi Organized Award Programs for BMOs of all over the India to participate and the best three BMO’s gets the awards for the services provided by respective BMOs to provide assistance to their Members in the respective areas.
Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) gets the award of Rs.50,000 for its contribution towards rehabilitation of sick industrial units in J & K State. The Award for Responsible Indian BMO function was held on 22nd January 2016 at Delhi by the Foundation for MSME Cluster New Delhi in which 163 Associations participated from all over India.
Lalit Mahajan, President and Ajay Langer, General Secretary received the Certificate of Award which was given by Ayumi Fujino, Representative and Regional Director for South Asia of UNIDO on behalf of BBIA.
While addressing the seminar, Lalit Mahajan, President BBIA, in his presidential remarks, appreciated the steps taken by Foundation for MSME Cluster, New Delhi by Organising such event for the better working of Industrial Associations for providing all sort of assistance to its members. He also conveyed his thanks to Madhav Lal (IAS) Former Secretary MSME Govt. of India, Ravinder Director DIPP Ministry of Commerce & Industries Govt. India and Anil Bharadwaj, Secretary General, Federation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, for highlighting the various issues related to Ease of Doing Business.
