JAMMU: Reacting sharply over the ISIS’s death threat issued to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over ban on eating beef, State President, Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan today performed a ‘Gau Pujan’ (cow worship) and asked that cows are considered to be sacred in Hinduism and nobody in the world dare to stop Indians to worship cows. Rajiv was talking to reporters after performing Gau Pujan at Gau Shala Amphalla, here. He said, “Cows bestow every kind of happiness and by their milk they nourish human beings and by their Ghee they nourish the entire world.” In Hinduism, he said, the cow is representative of divine and natural beneficence and should therefore be protected and venerated.
He said nurturing cows, feeding and protecting them, were among the goals of every Indian. He challenged militant terrorist group ‘ISIS’ that if it has a power then stop Indians to worship cows stating that Hindus are not so coward as you think and are capable to giving befitting reply to any threat.
