JAMMU: Criticizing the Omar Abdullah led National Conference (NC)-Congress Coalition Government for its failure to properly manage the affairs in the State, State President, Shri Ram Sena (SRS), Rajiv Mahajan alleged that Omar Abdullah as a chief minister did nothing to address the issue during his tenure.
In a statement issued here on Thursday, Rajiv Mahajan targeted Omar Abdullah for criticising BJP-PDP alliance for failing in all fronts during last 10 months .
“Omar miserably failed to achieve development in Jammu and Kashmir during his 6-year tenure as chief minister,” he said. Rajiv Mahajan said that Omar-led government utterly failed to provide any relief to people or bring development to the state and is now raising fingers on developmental plans of union government headed by leader Narendra Modi.
“NC lost badly in assembly elections last year and instead of making a self-introspection Omar is passing remarks about PDP-BJP’s performance in Jammu and Kashmir in just 10 months,” said Mahajan.
