JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee on Thursday strongly condemned the terror attack at the Bachha Khan University in Charsadda-Peshwar Pakistan in which several innocent people have been killed and other seriously injured.
PCC Chief Ghulam Ahmed Mir has termed the attack as a cowardly act against humanity which reminds of a similar attack on the Army School in the area in 2014.
He offered his deep condolences to those who have lost their near and dear ones in the attack and prayed for peace to the departed souls and for the recovery of those injured.
Mir said that the perpetrators of such kind of violence on innocent citizens are the enemies of mankind and have no respect for any religion and humanity. He said that these dastardly incidents should strengthen the resolve of the civilized and peace loving people in the world to fight the menace of terrorism posing threat to the humanity.
