JAMMU: Fresher’s-cum-Farewell function of NCC Cadets of GGM Science College, Jammu organised by SD (Boys) and SW (Girls) under the guidance of Dr. Jagjeet Singh and Prof. Anjana Sharma, ANOs of NCC SD (Boys) and NCC SW (Girls) respectively.
Director Colleges, Higher Education Department, Prof. T.A Kawoos was the Chief Guest. The function comprised of a bouquet of culture extravaganza showing all the three regions of the State, Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.
The cadets also mesmerised the audience by singing solo, duet, group songs and patriotic skits.
Nodal Principal, GGM Science College, Jammu, Dr. Ajeet Angral appreciated the zeal of the cadets and advised them to adopt the disciplined life. Cadet Navneet Jamwal presented the annual report to highlight the achievement of boys and girls cadets of the college. The Chief Guest Prof. T.A Kawoos appreciated the achievements of the cadets of the college and exhorted them to keep the momentum of learning going on.
The Chief Guest distributed prizes among the cadets who brought glory and fame to the college in the year 2015-16.
The vote of thanks was presented by SUO, Narinder Singh. The function was hosted by Cadet Ambika, Cadet Parminder and Cadet Haq Nawaz.
