Srinagar: Police on Wednesday recovered two male unidentified bodies in Srinagar and Kulgam.
Srinagar police recovered a male unidentified body on National Highway Bypass Nowgam near British School, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Nowgam. The body of deceased is kept in the mortuary at Pantha chowk. Srinagar police has initiated inquest Proceedings under section 174 CrPC to ascertain identity and cause of his death.
Meanwhile, another male unidentified body has been recovered at Upper Bazar from irrigation canal, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Qazigund, Kulgam. The body of deceased is kept in the mortuary of Qazigund Hospital. Kulgam police has initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC to ascertain identity and cause of his death.
