JWAM, SRS demand befitting reply to Pak

JAMMU: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) on Monday organised a protest against the Pakistan sponsored militants’ attack at Air Force Base Pathankot in which Indian security personnel including a Lieutenant Colonel lost their lives.
The protesters raised anti-Pakistan slogans and were demanding immediate stopping of Indo-Pak Foreign Secretary level and Security Adviser’s talks in pursuance to Pakistan sponsored militants attack on Air Base at Pathankot.
Addressing the protestors, Sunil Dimple, President Jammu West Assembly Movement, said that all the diplomatic policies with Pakistan of the present BJP led NDA Government have miserably failed.
Dimple paying tributes to the martyrs, Lt Col Niranjan Kumar and others said their sacrifices will not go waste and the whole nation is with the bereaved families in this hour of their bereavement.
The real tribute to these martyrs will be if India gives a befitting reply to Pakistan for this back stabbing and distrustful act, Dimple asked the Prime Minister.
Prominent other leaders who joined the protest were Som Nath Sharma, Sham Saroop, Ram Kapoor, Raman Gupta, Ashok Khana. Rakumar Dass, Vipan Mukesh, Rakesh, Dev Raj Chalotra and Kulwant Sharma.
Meanwhile, State President of Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan condemned the terrorist attack on the Indian Air Force (IAF) base at Pathankot in Punjab, saying it was an attempt to derail bilateral talks with Pakistan.
In a statement issued here, Mahajan also urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take stock of the security situation in the country to ensure terror attacks on Indian soil emanating from Pakistan do not recur.
“Strongly condemn terrorist attack on Pathankot Air Force base. My deepest condolences to families of the brave soldiers martyred in the attack,” he said.
He said that terror camps run by terrorists in Pakistan-controlled Kashmir for anti-India activities continue to be supported by the Pakistani establishment.
