JAMMU: An impressive Manorajan Mela (entertainment fair) is attracting the visitors from various parts of the region in large numbers on a daily basis at Rishi Farm House near Purmandal Morh, opposite Radhaswami Satsang Ghar, at Bari Brahmana.
“In the event, special focus has been laid on the entertainment of children and kids, while quality food items at food stalls at the ‘Mela’ are drawing widespread appreciation and good response from the public,” the organisers said.
For the children, they said, special joyrides including joint wheel, Columbus ship, break dance, solombo, catter pillar, children rides, fun games, and ‘Mout Ka Kuan’ (death well) with double gallery (with three bikes and three cars) have been installed. ‘Mout ka Kuan’ has become a major source of attraction for the visitors.
Besides, organisers have also taken care of women folk by setting up shopping stalls there.
In view of winter break in the schools, there has been huge rush of children at the Mela.
The organisers requested people to visit the fair and become the part of this event.
