RAJOURI: During surprise visit to Community Health Centre at Thanamandi, Dr Chaman Bhasin ,in-charge Chief Medical Officer (CMO) placed under suspension six employees found on an unauthorised absence from duty.
Dr Chaman also fined three employees Rs 500 each for not maintaining cleanliness in the hospital and avoiding dress code which include a senior FMPHW, an NO and a Safaiwala.
Those who have been placed under suspension by the CMO arte Laboratory Technician Razwan Ahmed, X-Ray technician Farooq Shah, Dental Technician Sarfraz Ahmed, Operation Theatre Technician Attaullha, ANM Saheen Akhter and Nursing Orderly (NO) Mushtaq Ahmed.
“Out of 10 employees on duty from 2:00 to 8:00 PM, six suspended employees were not present in the health centre and were found on an unauthorised absent at about 6.50 PM. During surprise visit X-Ray unit, operation theatre, dental section and laboratory were found locked” said Dr Chaman Bhasin, CMO.
Meanwhile while issuing strict instructions to BMO Thannamandi, CMO said that strict watch be maintained for regularity and punctuality of all the health employees including doctors. If anyone is found absent will not be spared.
