Robotics workshop concludes at Career Abacus

JAMMU: Career Abacus, a leading Abacus teaching Institute, concluded 15-day robotic workshop called ‘Roboshala’ for the children of 7 to 15 years of age.
Children from different schools participated in the workshop and learned how to make Robots and programme them.
During the workshop teacher explained the concept to the students and the students started by exploring the Robotic kit, assembling various components by following the instructions and giving shape to the robot.
The overall programme helps the student visually grasp the concepts of Math and Science thereby enhancing the problem solving skills.
Director of Institute, Arvind Sharma informed, “We aim to introduce the concept of Educational Robotics in schools as Robotics is the future tool for learning methodology.”
The purpose of Educational Robotics, he said, is to provide the students with a platform where they can experience the most critical concepts in education. The workshop was attended by Shivansh Gautam, Aaryan, Ritikdeep, Sia Gupta, Gritish Rohmetra, Aayushman, Nakul, Krishrit, Mishika, Udayveer, Javelin, Stuti Bhougal, Adhwik, Ishaan, Shivansh Pandey, Krishika and Chaitanya.
Workshop was coordinated by Divya, Ankush, Himani, Sunny, Ajay and Parmeet Kour.
