BARAMULLA: Scruitinization of nomination papers in view of the Gurdawara Prabandakh Committee election was today conducted at Baramulla. The Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee election is going to be held on 8th July 2015 in district Baramulla.

A total of 58 nomination papers were received and all of them have been found to be correct. The candidates can retrieve their nomination papers till 19thJune, while as the election symbols will be provided to them till 20th June.

It was given out that the total number of electorates which will exercise their franchise on 8th July is 9335, including 4817 males and 4518 females.

Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Baramulla, who is the Returning Officer for the Gurdawara Prabandakh Committee election in district Baramulla, maintained that the elections will be conducted in a transparent manner.
