SRINAGAR: The Enforcement wing of the Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA) on Sunday seized a tipper which was carrying construction material inside Dal Lake in violation of the High Court orders.
According to LAWDA authorities, the tipper was seized near Miskeenbagh and the driver was arrested on the spot.
They said an FIR No 42 was lodged against the driver in Police Station Khanyar.
