JAMMU: Coaches and staff of the SAI Sports Training Centre (STC) held a meeting in their office at MA Stadium on Wednesday to condole the demise of Sudershan Pandit, father of Regional Director Northern Centre of the Sports Authority of India, Sanjeev Sharma.
Pandit was a great visionary and was indisposed for some time. A two-minute silence was observed for the peace of the departed soul. Those present in the condolence meeting included VK Sharma (Cricket coach and incharge STC Jammu), Ramesh Sharma (Athletics coach), Prem Singh (Football coach), Nirmal Kour (Handball coach), Amarjit Singh (Basketball coach), Devraj (Handball coach), Veena Sharma (Cricket coach), Rajinder Magotra (Basketball coach), Gurmeet Kour (Hockey coach), Aman Sharma ( Basketball coach) and Satpal Sharma (Badminton coach) besides other members of the staff.
