POONCH : With the opening of Chakan-da-Bagh crossing on Monday, 61 visitors crossed the Line of Control in Poonch Sector.
The 16 visitors who went to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) include two Indians who went to meet their relatives and 14 PoK residents who returned after completing their visit besides 45 visitors from PoK came to this side to meet their relatives in India.
The gates at Chakan-da-Bagh were opened from 2:30 to 3:00 PM. The crossing was supervised by Custodian Mohd Ashraf and Dy SP S.S Salathia from Indian side and by Aslam Qayani SDM Hajira from PoK side.
