National Conference Working President Omar Abdullah has again raked up the hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru to make headlines while BJP spokesperson has again reiterated Article 370 as core of BJP agenda. Both the parties, however, reacted differently to these issues just a few months ago; prior to elections to be precise. Similarly, a PDP leader has urged PoK women married to ‘former’ terrorists to seek help from secessionist Mirwaiz, saying the government had no compassion for them.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for politicians to drag out skeletons from the cupboard just to use them for their benefit notwithstanding their diversionary stands, either due to compulsion or political convenience?
