DODA: Everest Bhalessa registered a 60-run win over Combine Bhadarwah in the ongoing All India 11th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2015 played at Sports Stadium Doda.
Batting first, Everest Bhalessa set a target of 104 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs. Arif Rather was the top scorer with 30 runs while Irshad Ahmed made 21 runs.
For Combine Bhadarwah, Ishtiaq Rasool clinched three wickets while Touqeer Malik took two.
In reply, after getting a good start Combine Bhadarwah failed to chase the target and was bundled out for just 44 runs in 12.2 overs. Jatin was the top scorer with 24 runs while Raman Dutta added six runs to the total.
For Everest Bhalessa, Saleem made fine bowling and scalped five wickets while Mubashir took two.
Saleem was declared as Man of the Match for his best bowing performance who was given an award by Chief Guest Dr Matloob Ahmed Tak and DHO Dr Tariq Masood.
The match was officiated by Sanjay Chouhan and Ayush Sharma as Umpires while Salinder Singh Bhaduria acted as Scorer.
