JAMMU: Shahima Akhter, daughter of Abdul Queem and Naseem Akhter, resident of Chua Bishan, Jammu has been declared qualified for the award of the Degree of Master of Philosophy (M Phil) with O Grade in Environmental Sciences by the University of Jammu. She worked on the topic “Assessment of ecological footprints, environmental awareness and attitude in urban and rural households of Bishnah Jammu,” under the supervision of Dr Piyush Malaviya.
